Erica J. Jeffcoat – Founder & Attorney
As Founder, Erica assists clients in matters involving estate planning and business law.
Erica began her legal career at Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith, LLP in Houston. She focused her practice on defense litigation in the areas of product liability, premises liability, and toxic tort. Her experience as a trial lawyer involving many complex cases has resulted in a strong success record.
Erica earned her J.D. from South Texas College of Law Houston. Before law school, she graduated Cum Laude from Baylor University, where she was active in student government and participated in undergraduate mock trial.
Erica enjoys many activities when away from the practice, especially spending time with her husband and their four children, cooking, traveling, and cheering for the Baylor Bears and the Houston Astros. Erica and her family are active members of Second Baptist Church in Kingwood, Texas.

Larissa Teasdale – Attorney
Ms. Teasdale serves our Kingwood area clients in matters involving contracts and estate planning.
Ms. Teasdale began her legal career with the Harris County District Attorney’s Office as a member of the Trial Bureau, prosecuting misdemeanor and felony cases. As an assistant district attorney, she was proud of her reputation among her adversaries as a “firm but fair” prosecutor and attributed her prosecutorial success to her ability to connect with people. Ms. Teasdale left the D.A.’s Office to pursue civil litigation, primarily insurance defense involving maritime/admiralty law, wrongful death, personal injury, professional negligence, and other diverse matters.
After having a family and looking to take a much-needed break from the stresses and intensity of litigation, Ms. Teasdale joined our practice where she can share her legal knowledge and drafting skills in a different manner.
Ms. Teasdale grew up overseas in Jakarta, Indonesia, traveling the world and developing an extroverted personality and a passion for helping people. After finally settling in Texas, she attended Baylor University where she earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics and her Juris Doctorate degrees.
